What makes BRUCĒ different from other lunch bags?

BRUCĒ is lightweight but structured, so it holds its shape without feeling bulky. It’s made from premium RPET recycled nylon, features eco insulation, durable zinc alloy hardware and a smooth, reliable zip. It’s designed to look good in a school bag, work tote or beach bag, without feeling childish or overly serious.

Is the bag insulated?

Yes. BRUCĒ uses eco-friendly insulation designed to keep food fresh and cool for everyday use, without adding unnecessary bulk. We recommend using an ice pack to keep items cool.

What size is the BRUCĒ bag?

The internal dimensions are 23 cm (L) x 20 cm (W) x 16.5 cm (H). It’s designed to hold just enough, not oversized, not cramped.

What fits inside?

BRUCĒ comfortably fits standard bento lunch boxes (around 800 ml to 1 L), a sandwich plus snacks, a 600–750 ml drink bottle and ice packs.

Does it have internal pockets?

No internal pockets. The interior is intentionally simple and uncluttered so you can pack it however you like.

Can adults use it too?

Absolutely. BRUCĒ is designed for both kids and adults. Perfect for school lunches, office snacks, beach days or picnics.

Is it sustainable?

Yes. BRUCĒ is made from premium RPET recycled nylon and eco insulation, chosen for durability and reduced environmental impact.

How do I clean my BRUCĒ bag?

Cold machine wash only or wipe clean with a damp cloth. Air dry only. Do not tumble dry, iron or apply heat.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been processed yet, contact us as soon as possible at info@brucebags.com.au and we’ll do our best to help.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your order details.

Can I use a discount code?

Yes. Enter your code at checkout. Only one code can be used per order unless otherwise stated.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can check out as a guest. Creating an account simply makes it easier to track orders and save your details for next time.

How do I reset my password?

Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the prompts to reset it.

How can I update my details?

Shipping & Returns

Where do you ship?

We currently ship within Australia. If international shipping becomes available, it will be listed at checkout.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days.
Express shipping (where available): 1–3 business days.

How much is shipping?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

What is your return policy?

We offer change-of-mind returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, and free from marks or damage.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
