Does it fit? The BRUCĒ Lunch Box Guide

The Fit Guide

Will your lunch box fit?

Short answer: almost certainly. The BRUCĒ bag is built to hold a proper lunch, not just a sad little sandwich.

Lunch just got loud.

The quick version

Most lunch boxes are flat and under 23cm long, so they slide straight in with room to spare. The clever bit is the height. At 16.5cm inside, you can stack a bento and a snack box, or stand a drink bottle upright right beside your lunch.

Slides right in

Room to spare

These popular Aussie favourites all fit comfortably, with space left for a snack box, a drink or an ice pack.

Check the big ones first

Measure first

A few of the extra large boxes run longer than 23cm, so they sit on a slight angle rather than flat. Still handy for plenty of families, just worth a quick measure before you buy.

Going big? Use the height.

Stack a bento box under a snack box, or stand your drink bottle upright in the space beside your lunch. The bag holds more than it looks.

More than a lunch bag

Doubles as a mini esky

After a quick, lightweight esky? A six pack of cans slides straight in, with room for a bit of ice. Beach, park or the boot of the car, sorted.

A couple of things worth knowing. All measurements are the boxes closed, and brands do tweak their sizes now and then, so it is always worth a quick check against the current listing. Still not sure your box will fit? Send us a message and we will happily eyeball it for you.
