Change of Mind

Changed your mind? No problem.

We offer returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused

  • In its original condition

  • With all original packaging attached

  • Free from marks, stains or damage

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll notify you of approval and process your refund to your original payment method. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable.


Faulty or Damaged Items

We take quality seriously.

If your BRUCĒ bag arrives faulty or develops a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

Email us at info@brucebags.com.au with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the fault

If approved, we’ll offer a replacement or refund and cover return shipping where applicable.


12-Month Warranty

Every BRUCĒ bag comes with a 12-month warranty covering manufacturing faults.

If something isn’t right within 12 months of purchase, reach out. We’ll repair, replace or refund it, no drama.

Please note:
Normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse or improper care are not considered manufacturing faults.
